John was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio.  At a young age, his entrepreneurial traits for helping people began on weekends assisting shoppers in loading groceries into their cars &  serving as the neighborhood's daily morning Paperboy. All before the age of 10.

 

After high school, John joined the Air Force and accumulated experience with designing database schemas and programming query languages. That, plus six weeks of intense Air Force Recruiting Training, translated very well into his successful civilian Technical Recruiter career.

 

John served as the 1st ever Technical Recruiter for International Gaming Technology (IGT) in the Las Vegas, Nevada office as his initial civilian technical recruiting role.

 

John developed quite a knack for embedded and hardcore software development recruiting. He parlayed his Air Force, IGT, and ultimately, Microsoft and Intel technical recruiting success into a unique hybrid technical recruiting expertise with unparalleled, concrete results -- particularly in Software-As-A-Service (SAAS), Platform-As-A-Service ( PAAS) and Infrastructure-As-A-Service (IAAS).
